As part of the Kansen voor West 3 program, Sabender has been awarded funding for the SPARC project, focused on developing an innovative digital platform that helps organizations strengthen mental wellbeing and sustainably reduce employee absenteeism.
The platform combines predictive AI, personalized microlearning, and expert-designed activation pathways to help employees and managers recognize, address, and manage stress before it escalates. By integrating seamlessly into the everyday work environment, it makes conversations about mental health more accessible, relevant, and actionable.
